"Stitch in Time Saves Nine" | "Measure Twice, Cut Once" | "Look before you leap"
Webdunia follows these philosophies to deliver to its clients exactly what they need and desire. This is evident from the fact that our satisfactory work for Localization of Windows & office 2003 in Hindi has brought in projects for other Indian languages as well. Our experience with highly systematized companies like Microsoft, Oracle has paved in way for developing streamlined processes.
Manage high end management tools to track and manage all the activities to reach the set of milestones as per the date-time mentioned in the schedule and ensuring to make a space for covering/manage any extra efforts needs to be given without extending the time line.
We initiate the localization process with the analysis of the client's motive behind venturing into the language market and then gathering the exact requirements & scope of localization.
Every localization project is uniquely handled as each of them has a different motive behind getting vernacular. Although creativity and language craft is without boundaries yet at Webdunia the procedures are set and the people are trained to maintain the quality.

Process Flow
- We develop separate stylesheets for all the projects. We welcome client’s suggestions on stylesheet and terminology to take care of their sensitivity.
- We endeavor to bring in the flow of source language to the localized work, without compromising on its inherited gist. The same is followed even in technical localization where there is very little scope to play around with words.
- Webdunia maintains well organized, duplication free terminology glossaries that help in speeding up localization process. Team members can conveniently & simultaneously access them during the project execution. Our process has really helped us in rendering efficient work for the same clients even after longer intervals.
Webdunia has parallel expertise in running & managing reputed language portals. We own many interactive language tools like search, chat, email and huge, diverse & original language content database and can provide almost all types of contents and tools.

Our project cycle does not end with hand back and client approval. We take a step further to critically analyze our deliveries. Entire team participates in a project Sign off Meeting to make an objective analysis of the tasks, processes and problems faced. This is documented by way of feedback. This continuous evaluation process keeps preparing us for future challenges. |
