| Essentials: |
Minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience as SEPG & SQA Head for CMM / CMMI organization. |
| |
Thorough Knowledge of working Process Models/Standards (CMM, CMMI). |
| Expertise in Process Automation tools & techniques. |
| Experience in process /audit / implementation / optimization activities to ensure project adherence to SEI-CMM Level 3 /Level 5. |
| Experience in Managing & Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS). |
| In depth knowledge of Project management activities in alignment with Program & management. Very good communication & leadership skills. |

| Responsibilities: |
Coordinate, implement, and track process improvements to improve organization processes. |
| |
Monitor and report the projects process compliance on a periodic basis (SQA/PPQAÂ Periodic Review) and track the non compliances. |
| Document all process outputs, and maintain project information assets. |
| Periodical auditing of the processes followed by various project and functional groups. |
| Define and implement a software process improvement strategy for the organization. |
| Conducting interviews and training for implementing different process models. |
| Define quality goals for the organization. |

| Position: Process Project QA Engineer |
 |
| |
| Essentials: |
Experience in Auditing and digging out the Non Compliance (NC) issues for the IT projects. Good know how of software Process standards like CMM, CMMI, ISO etc. |
| |
Experience in handling and managing Process Asset Library (PAL) and Measurement repository at organization level. |
| Experience in increasing the acceptance level of projects compliance up to organization goal(s). |
| Proficiency in collection of metrics and analysis. |
| Good operational knowledge on software development quality system life cycles. |
| Hands on experience in Project management Software/tools like Digit'e, Whizible & other tools would be added as advantage. |

| Responsibilities: |
Planning and Conducting of appropriate Audits (Project initiation, SCM, Metrics, Delivery, Closure, Internal Quality Audits). |
| |
Collect and analyze metrics. |
| Maintain the organizational PAL (Process Asset Library) |
Would be responsible for providing Process Enhancement Suggestions Input to SEPG. |
Active involvement in Process Enhancement/Training activities in the organization. |
| Facilitate the SEPG group and responsible to conduct management review periodically. |
