Need male candidate for administrative role
with maximum 1 year of experience in administrative role in an

Should be well versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel

| Good communication and interpersonal skills. |
| Creative in solving problems & friendly to team

| Job Description: |
To handle the entire gamut of activities related to the front office
position. |

Handling of phone calls (Place, receive & route calls
through Digital EPABX. |
| Handle queries & give information to callers. |
| Handling emails, guests, couriers, facilities etc. |
| Managing and assisting basic arrangement for client
visit & Board Meeting. |
| Coordination with the HR Dept. regarding interview
schedule. |

Any Graduate with prior experience. |
